Equipement minimaliste de l'appartement.

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Genova e l'acquario. Il personale molto gentile. Bagno molto spazioso.

Poco luminosa

La posizione in pieno centro e quasi fronte porto per visitare l'acquario. L'appartamento è moderno ma troppo basic. Parcheggio convenzionato e coperto fronte struttura zona acquario con tariffa agevolata

Appartamento privo di attenzione al dettaglio. Mancano appendini per gli asciugamani ed il bagno è piccolo quindi si fatica a capire dove poterli sistemare una volta usati. Manca un comodino o un appoggio in camera nonché illuminazione abat jour. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non soddisfacente.

Beds are not exactly comfortable. Had to take a cold shower because hot water wasn’t enough

The Guest house is part of the hotel but just around the corner. We gave the hotel the time we would like to have breakfast the evening before and then popped around for a delicious breakfast with a small but adequate buffet of pastries, juice, cereal etc. We could then order hot drinks and food from a menu which was prepared by the kitchen. This was included in our booking. The apartment was one of the lower priced accommodations I had found in the area, and It entirely exceeded expectations. Initially I had thought the side streets and alleyways seemed a little unsafe but I quickly realised this was just the way the area is, and quickly worked out where was safe and where to perhaps avoid. There were not many of the latter. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was a sofa bed in the living room and a bed in a separate bedroom. Anything we needed we just asked. The apartment was well soundproofed. We couldn't hear any outside noise. The only slight 'almost problem' was that the shower drained very slowly. It didn't spill out of the tray or anything but for a shower and hair wash it was quite close! The added bonus was having Cavo, the historic and delicious café just outside! My daughter loved the biscuits. As a single woman and her 15 year old daughter this apartment was more than enough space and has her seal of approval too. We were walking distance from Piazza Principe where the Volabus dropped us off after landing at the airport. We also walked to Piazza Ferrari and XX Septembre from here. The Aquarium is on the doorstep and was fantastic.
