We visited Valeggio for a wedding and decided to stay ten days, using it as a base to visit Lake Garda, Verona and Venice. The house is in a good location - a quiet street but not too far from the centre of the village. It was an easy drive to Verona and Lake Garda,, We drove to Verona and left the car there, taking the train to Venice. The village is lovely with a few nice restaurants and bars, and a castle on the hill. The house was great - clean with everything we needed. Angela was wonderful, she was so kind and helpful (and patient with our lack of Italian) and really made our visit that much better - thank you Angela :)
