The place was very nice and beautiful thank you

The house and its location. we felt safe. the house is beautiful and comfortable.

there was broken furniture in one of the downstairs bedrooms. and the bedding in all rooms was not clean. the floors also had dirt stains

I love the property and the location every thing was just as I have wanted it. And thanks to Aunty Koekie what a friendly woman she is stay blessed.

Two days before arrival, the property had canceled my reservation for 8 people. Booking quickly found us something to replace. But if you didn't have access to the Internet, you would have a big problem - for consideration or not it is better to reserve something else.

The bedding was not clean in the rooms downstairs and the upstairs showers both over flowed.

Location and space

It was not well maintained. The pool was not in good condition and the loungers were broken. The sliding door couldn’t close.

Igna swart was very unorganized. We were promised bedroom 5 bedroom house as we were 10 people however it was a 4 bedroom house and they turned the Study room into another bedroom at 9 pm, we waited for an hour in the evening for the keys. There was no wifi, the air conditioner remotes were hidden. Whenever I called igna she wouldn't answer. Our bookings were changed the last minute and promised an upgrade however everything was disappointing. We paid a huge amount and it was not worth it. Really bad management where they blaming one another and have no idea what is happening.
