FIThe terrace with the direct sea view is fantastic. The surroundings are amazingly beautiful with the colourful buildings. The room is very clean and quiet, and the bathroom recently renovated. This is a perfect place for a peaceful stay by a single person or a couple. There are several restaurants at the sea shore, just next to the building.
The steep and narrow stairs to walk up to the room with luggage is quite a challenge, but a friendly man helped me.
PLEverything was perfect, location, views, facilities. Owner was smiling and introduced us to everything. Thanks to La Terazza di Maria, Procida day off was perfect :)

USGBnice little studio-style flat for a quick stay. The view of the marina and sea is incredible! Comfortable bed and bathroom was nice & clean. Breakfast bits with coffees & teas. Claudia is a very friendly host who’s always smiling
Steep steps to walk up to the apartment. Fine for us but anyone who struggles with that will have difficulty. also, not in the main port from Napoli
