Wir haben es gebucht wegen dem Balkon und dem Pool auf dem Dach ! Leider war all das jedoch garnicht nutzbar Deshalb waren wir schon echt Enttäuscht

Drumherum überall Baustellen und das sehr laut schon ab 6 Uhr Morgen ! Auf dem Balkon zu sitzen ist daher unmöglich es war einfach viel zu laut durch all die Baustellen Der bei der Buchung versprochen Pool oben auf dem Dach ist überhaupt noch nicht fertig ! Da ist eine Komplette Baustelle ohne Wasser und daher natürlich auch nicht nutzbar ! Handtücher gab es für 4 Tage auch nur eins ! Da gibt es in Tulum für den Preis ruhigere und angenehmerer Unterkünfte

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben habe uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Dusche mit gutem Wasserdruck und warmem Wasser was in Mexiko nicht immer üblich ist. Sehr moderne, gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöne Aussicht vom Dach. Tolle Lage zwischen Strand /Meer und Innenstadt. Das Personal in der Anlage sowie das der Wohnungsverwaltung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte etwas in der Wohnung vergessen und es kam extra jemand um es mir an einem späteren Tag in Tulum zu bringen.

Der ganze Komplex ist noch im Bau, die große Dachterasse mit Pool war leider nicht zugänglich, das Gym schlecht ausgestattet und die einzigen elektronischen Geräte (Laufband, Rad) waren leider am Strom angeschlossen. Das Bad roch morgens schlecht als würde das Wasser in den Rohren stehen. Balkone in Richtung zweier Baustellen und sehr nah a den Nachbarn.

No nos gustó las clalles de acceso estaban sucias y no hay iluminación eso da una sensacion de inseguridad, sin embargo al salir a caminar todo es tranquilo. Antes de viajar averiguar bien cuáles sin las playas libres, no pudimos llegar a ninguna cerca, el último día un sr. Nos informó que si tomas. Los colectivos los mismos choferes te dejan en los accesos libres a playas

The location was terrible, as it was no walkable streets. I had no electricity and water for my last day at the property and the apt smelled so bad because something was wrong with the bathroom. I was also in the 4th floor ans the elevator was not working.

The apartment was really comfortable and had a lot of kitchen utensils and place to cook. The apartment had a nice size for two people and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the reception was always very nice and very forthcoming. The rooftop pools and deck chairs were a very nice addition, yet the water had sometimes a little bit of dirt like some flies or leaves in it.

The Palais Tulum is in a part of Tulum where a lot of construction was going on during our stay. New hotels are built all around this complex. So it can be noisy around the clock. The road is not paved yet in front of the building and can be muddy when it rains
