i booked this room for our driver, and paid everything beforehand to ensure he could have a comfortable check in. upon arriving (late at night, after a whole day of driving) the owner is saying we have to pay 300 rupee extra “because they don’t sell rooms under 800 rupee”. Our driver tried to dispute this and showed the full payment confirmation but they did not want to let him in without charging him extra. This caused our driver huge stress and is illegal and unacceptable
