Loft Airport Hotel's

Staff were very helpful they couldn't do enough for you. The room looked as though it needed finishing. Paint marks. Broken sockets.

There wasn't anything around the hotel. No shops or places to eat. It's not a very good place for tourists.

Great place to have an overnight stay before the flight - 16 min to the airport with taxi! The surroundings are not very interesting, but if you just beed a bed and shower - this is a great option, and good value for money.

Could be more clean - bed coverage and curtains had some stains, bathroom had smell of cleaning chemicals.

Convenient for the airport. Well-appointed room with up-to-date fixtures and fittings.

Drain smell in the bathroom needs fixing. Several light bulbs were not working, so the room was a bit dark. It was also a little small. Taxi pickup from the airport was arranged through the hotel but didn't arrive. This was the second time this happened, so we found it's easier and cheaper just to get the regular orange taxi from the taxi rank outside arrivals. Staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged takeaway dinner and breakfast to be delivered to our room.

The room was cold. Shower was small. No breakfast

We enjoyed a comfortable stay here for one night when transiting through IST airport. Hotel staff helped coordinate pick up and drop of service for an additional fee. Friendly people. Location has a couple of good kebab restaurant nearby as well as right next door, a restaurant serving Turkish breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Internet worked well. Would use again for layover.

Cable TV was not working (no channels) and the hot water in the shower only gets warm. The ceiling in the bathroom looks like was in process of being remodeled but never actually for finished. Needs to be sanded and painted still. A strange detail to leave as is.

The hotel didn't meet my expectations. My room was not what was shown in the photos of my booking. My room looked like it was still undergoing renovations. Please see the attached photos.

The friends at the reception are very helpful. You can benefit from the transfer service, it is very safe and comfortable, thank you.
