The loction is top center Chania. The place insde was clean and hot water and sanitary stuff are OK. The host was very helphul, answer quicjkly and advice us for parikng. He had left 1 mineral water for each guest and there was a beach umbrella which was very useful. There are chairs and table in front of the room and you can stay before sleeping to talk and dring there.

The entrance is from the street tru metal door, than u have to walk a 4-5 meters between tho bildings - it looks like a tunnel with big metal door. The area can be organized more like garden. In this mini vestibule without a roof, there were construction and hygiene materials scattered. it can be specified, cleaned and the materials hidden, so it is pleasant to stay outside. The room comes with big double bed and a sofa for three, but you should be aware that it is very small and there is no room to move when the sofa bed is opened. On the street, the outside metal door was blocked by trash cans every night, and it's not nice to have to move them to get into the apartment. There is a coffe machine and when ypu have a guest for a 1-3 night you could give them one coffe for first morning.

It was a perfect location, cozy environment.

The cleaning of the bathroom can be better.

Great location, nice host, very helpful. When we asked for extra coffee cups we got them the same day. Cosmetics and fresh towels available. A little pot to brew greek coffee in. Good wifi. Very romantic old town feeling & atmosphere. You get a little yard which separates the room from the street and gives some extra quiet.

The only thing - it could have been a bit better cleaned (a bit of dust here and there) and some little things seemed unfinished like doors to bathroom not closing.
