- super lokalizacja, w samym centrum, ale dość cicho, można było się wyspać - smakowite śniadanka w kawiarni (typowo włoskie) - sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników w trakcie pobytu - sprawna klimatyzacja - sympatyczny właściciel

Everything was amazing . İt was so clean . Amazing location inside old town . Good breakfast cafe near sea . And the houselander cared a lot . He can enable everything what you want . They have iron and hairdryer . The room is located up stairs thats why has fresh air on the contrary of other rooms .

The only thıng they don’t have kitchen staff . Fork, spoun or plate . There was not kettle inside but when we asked the houselander gave to us . Blankets and sheets was clean but little bit old .

The location was fantastic! Also there was breakfast included from the hotel to a very central coffee shop, with a cornetto and coffee provided. Leonardo was very helpful and kind!

I think some plastic plates / utensils and water cups were needed but I’m sure they will add them :)

Extremely clean, confortable and well placed. The structure is on the most beautiful street Monopoli has. Big window, big bed, perfect bathroom. Wi-Fi working also air conditioning which was necessary.

Very good location. Very nice and pleasant people. They gave me all the suggestions I needed for my short stay. The room was nice, also the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was air conditioning. And they also let me enter a little bit earlier since I arrived in Monopoli a bit before my check in. Thanks

Only location

I spent almost 4 weeks in South Italy in 8 different location. I have never seen such a situation. Bad doesn’t explain my experience in this place. There is no return to guest inquiries from the owner. As an example, air conditioner was not working in my entrance, but no reply to my messages. So I had to stay whole night in sauna. I recommend all travelers to avoid such places in order not to ruin their holidays. There are much better places to stay in Monopoli.

Localisation was great! Room was very clean and comfortable. We could leave the luggage after checkout. The host vas really nice!!

The room is very small and the stairs to room are not comfortable. For us it was OK, but for eldery person it could be a problem. A kettle to boil water and some cups would be nice. Anyway it was great place!
