great breakfast

the room was beautiful, breakfast was fantastic, staff were very helpful and gentle. Rashid was always keen to help. the riad is close to the portuguese fortress and all restaurants nearby. though the immediate surroundings are a bit run down, the general location is great.

the Riad is a hidden gem in the middle of a dirty neiborhood. Guarded private parking was 200m away.

The facility -it's beautiful. We upgraded the 2nd night and it was a completely amazing experience. The food was great, especially breakfast (best breakfast during our 9 day tour of Morocco). Slept great in the Suite Berber (ground floor) as it was spacious, luxurious and bed very comfortable. The manager was very nice and helpful.

The Riad is located near the Portugese City which is completely run down, dirty and stinky. It's a shame for a UNESCO heritage site. But the Riad is a little oasis in this mess and you soon realize it's safe there. The room on the terrace is too small and hot and the bed is too small for two people. We had a completely different experience in the larger suite. Rooms were pricey for the area. Difficult to find as there were no signs and you have to walk there from the parking with your luggage

We never stayed at the riad. The location was terrible, the woman was not friendly, the bathroom upon inspection was dirty , the mattress was very soft . We decided not to stay and left. We would like to get a refund of 100.00 Euro since we prepaid and never stayed.

Dinner was a disappointment and expensive.

Friendly staff, totally enthusiastic to help us with our car. Room was on the 1st fl, facing atrium. Well appointed.

The neighborhood felt barren. No restaurants or sites, although Old Town was just a 10 min walk away.

The riada itself was very nice, had a proper heating.

The hospitality was formal not real. Riada was the first place in our two weeks experience in Morocco we got charged for a welcome tee and it is not about the money, but about an attitude. I would like to have less of facilities and more of hospitality, like it was in other places we stayed during our 3 week trip (e.g. Marrakech and Fes). This riada was also the only place were the room was not cleaned and towels weren't changed. The stuff - Saida, Hadizha and Rachid - were nice, but lady-manager was almost unpolite.
