The breakfast, self service but everything is available with detailed instructions on how to cook the eggs, bacon & sausages and how to make the coffee in the machine (very easy). Very spacious with a shared between two rooms breakfast room and guest lounge. Nobody else was staying during our visit so we had the facilities to ourselves. Beautiful to sit outside in the morning with the friendly dog to entertain you. There is a neighbourhood pub just a couple of minutes drive which has decent food and Rock of Cashel is less than 20 minutes drive away.

it was perfect, only thing could be to have a table and chairs outside, at the moment there is only a bench. But maybe Irish weather means it will only be used occasionally anyway.

The host was friendly and kind. The room had a great view and was very clean and comfy. We liked the lounge area as well. Self-serve breakfast had a lot of choices and yummy. We loved the Golden Retriever too. When we were leaving, we saw a cute bunny crossing the yard, which was a bonus.

The dining area was a little tight.

Anne, the host was lovely and so was her beautiful dog! The house was in a stunning setting and being left to cook our own devices to cook breakfast was a win ! Lovely fresh Irish produce, thank you
