The house is beautiful, sorrounded by beautiful hills and fields. Anne is so kind! Room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast delicious. Absolutely recommended!

"Comfortable friendly stay in rural Tipperary."

We had a very comfortable stay with our friendly and generous host Anne and her two adorable golden retrievers. Our room was clean and spacious with magnificent views over the Tipperary countryside. If you’re self-catering, the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave and air fryer, but no stovetop. We had a lovely meal down the road at O’Gorman’s. Anne supplied the ingredients for a comprehensive and delicious breakfast. Close to the Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle. Highly recommend.

Clean,quiet,safe and nice views. Was self service but owner insisted on cooking me breakfast which was really nice. Would stay again.

"Nice spot and good value"

I messaged to say I would arrive late. This was no issue and the host was very gracious. I needed to be in Cork early and this B&B would be 1hr 15min from Cork city
