Jeju Stay in Sungsan

The receptionist is very helpful & friendly. He can speak Mandarin which helps a lot in communication. Location is very good and the room is clean.

Big room. Nice price. Huge TV.

View to the littered winter farm field, but it is natural for such facility. Separate shower room is big, but has no mirrors, nor hooks, nor shelves for additional shower stuff and clothes change.

hotel located at a quiet compound away from main road. Peaceful environment.

Toilet roll not replenished upon check in.

very nice room - new, clean, and comfortable

Location was a little out of the way, but was quiet, and just off of the bike route

1. Staff were friendly and very helpful to assist with calling the previous hotel to help locate some of our items which were left behind. 2. Room size was spacious and sufficient to open up 3 luggages. 3. Bottles water was provided daily and trash cleared. 4. Washing machine and dryer on-site were new, in good condition and of good quality.

1. Towels were provided but not the size of typical bath towels. It was more like hand towels. 2. The toilet ventilation could be better.

Large room with window + mosquito net for cooling fall temperature. Location was not an issue since we're driving. Free parking space.

Room have a musky odor whenever entering. Cotton are falling off from the towels provided, maybe time to do a replacement.
