매우 친절하고 정이 넘치는 사장님. 소도시 ㅡ 몬테플치아노 . 아시시. 페루자 등 접근성이 좋음 . 멋진 호수가 근처 조용한 집. 깨끗하고 훌륭한 시설 . 모두 만족 했습니다. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

3일동안 모든 부분이 좋았습니다.

Super schoon, van alles aanwezig. Zo niet, dan een zeer hartelijke gastvrouw, die meteen kwam brengen wat je mistte.

Alles prima

Ganz neu eingerichtete Wohnung mit superviel Platz. Perfekt ausgestattet vom Föhn bis zur Waschmaschine. Liegt etwas oberhalb im Wohngebiet, mit ruhigem schönen Garten. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter. Franca kann sogar deutsch. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Bellissimo appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort, fantastico per i bambini perché dotato di un bellissimo giardino . Ottima posizione per visitare il lago e anche per visitare l’Umbria . Accoglienza fantastica dei padroni di casa Franca e Serafino che ti fanno sentire come a casa . Grazie , torneremo presto a trovarvi

Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr funktionell. Die Küche war perfekt zum Kochen. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Sogar die Dusche war ebenerdig. Also alles sehr modern und großzügig. Abends haben wir immer einen kleinen Spaziergang zum See und der netten Altstadt gemacht.

Our stay at Franca and Serafino's home in Passignano sul Trasimeno was wonderful and it was a time that will remain in our memory for a long time. The apartment where we stayed was modern, perfectly equipped, and extremely comfortable. A major advantage of this place was undoubtedly the access to a beautiful, green garden where we could relax and enjoy the tranquility. Franca and Serafino are the hosts everyone dreams of during their travels! From the first moment, they made us feel at home. Always smiling, warm-hearted, and ready to help in any situation. Their kindness, local tips, and warm conversations made our stay truly exceptional. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, especially for the wonderful surprises like the delicious cake, fruits, and for showing us the magnificent views. If you're looking for an authentic experience in Umbria, with an excellent location and hosts who treat guests like family - look no further. We definitely recommend it and hope to return to this paradise on earth in the future!

Large two bedroom apartment with hosts living on first floor. It felt like it was a home rather than an apartment. Quiet, relaxing location with ample parking the apartment had everything you could think of and more. Hosts provided two bottles of beer a bottle of champagne and even home made Lemonchello. Plus light breakfasts treats Our only regret was that we did not stay longer.

Nothing

We found a very comfortable new appartment with all we needed and with nice places in the garden to relax. Franca and Serafino are very kind hosts and they like it to make our stay to a perfect experience.

Franca is a wonderful host. Everything is new, very clean and equipped with everything you need, and the garden is gorgeous.
