Will not recommend this property for every 1st> I called at hotel I need a Early checkin reception person agree for Early checkin he didn't tell the Early checkin charge . 300 rupees extra 2 > After checkin he have given dirty Room some body checkout these rooms and it's properly smelling 3> Ask for towels give 1 towel it's usable .

Jesa room dekha rhe booking pe besa kuchh ni bilkul cheap quality ka matrix wo v alag alag couples k liye bilkul v shi ni hai so plwase es pr dhayan de or order jbb koi v deta hai to time se aana chahiye na k 1 ghnte k baad order ko follow kro so my experience is not good this hotel related but food is good only

I didn't like Matrix, comfort zone , cleaning bilkul zero hai dust aise hi dikh rha tha

No WiFi , cleaning was not good , Ac was not working !! Bad service. I specially do not recommend any one to visit this place.

I liked his way of talking but nothing else in the service I did not like.

I did not find the responsibility of the staff here correct, when I entered the room, someone had smoked in the room and there were pieces of bidi lying there Even the staff members serve after drinking, which is not allowed on duty in the hotel line
