A small, very clean ensuite studio. Excellent location. The shared kitchen was well equipped. The large outside area was a bonus. The air-conditioning was excellent.

Property very modern, excellent condition and very secure. Good location for historical centre. Valentino was easy to contact, check in arrangements worked really well, and he gave us some excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Would return.

A comfortable room with good wifi and air conditioning. It had good security and located away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close to the centre of town through walking. Kitchen amenities were good with a big fridge and only sharing with another room.

It would be nice to have fold up stands for bags.

Very nice and helpful owner. Apartment very modern and well equipped. In walking distance from the old part of Verona as well as from the train station. located in a peaceful street. It was wonderful to be able to use the kitchen (equipped with everything you need) including espresso machine with espresso capsules. The only minus I can find was the thin door from the room to the shared kitchen. The kitchen is between two rooms. Perfect place for family or friends when having both rooms at the same time. . Also would be good to have instruction in the room for the air conditioning. ;)

The property is in a great location, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk into the beautiful old town of Verona. It's also in a very peaceful residential area and within a secure courtyard, with access being through two locked gates.

When booking, we weren't aware the kitchen is shared with guests from the next unit. However, this wasn't a problem, and it was well equipped for our needs.

Good location between station and old town, peacufull and silent rooms. Nice patio for relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

The place is clean and has everything you would need for a great stay, its location is also good. I highly recommend it!
