La struttura era bella

Ci hanno assegnato una camera privata anziché un letto in dormitorio, senza che noi avessimo chiesto nulla ma per loro errore, perché all accoglienza c era solo un bambino che ci ha fotografato i passaporti. Quando si sono accorti dell errore, sono entrati in camera ,hanno preso le nostre cose mentre eravamo fuori e le hanno portare nella hall dicendo che dovevamo spostarci nel dormitorio. abbiamo litigato e siamo andate via. Tenía buenas vistas, era cómodo y aunque no hablaba inglés la señora es muy maja. El desayuno simple pero el pancake con chocolate estaba bueno.

Spacious rooms, free pickup from the village was appreciated, staff were so lovely, breakfast nice too

Room was damp, double bed was also damp so had to squeeze into single bed as was drier. No heating in room - just air con so nothing dried

Good value for money, ok breakfast They’ll pick you up from the bus stop as it is a 20 minute walk from the main bit of town

No sun-beds for the pool area Staff members told me different prices to hire bikes, felt like they were making it up on the spot

Everything was perfect and the staff was so sweet and took care of everything for me! The room was very clean and perfect!

I liked the location, an easy walk into "town". I had a private room which was spacious & clean.

I really enjoyed my stay in Phong Nha and at YoLo Homestay. The family and staff were all super friendly. The picked me up when I arrived by bus and also dropped me off when I left. The room was really confortable and spacious. The location was great right next to the river, about 15 minutes walking to the town center.

It could have been a bit cleaner. The bed sheets and blanket cover had some stains on one side.
