Location. Calm, just above the sea shore, with a sunrise view - right from the balcony. Nice reconstruction of the hall/stairs corridors. Breakfast with a service personnel. Short distance to Catania/Airport.

No real parking place next to the building. Only if you catch a spare slot. Main entrance door broke first day so we where unable to leave. Repaired fast. Top floor apartement needs dome repairs. Low quality entrance door, damaged chair, rusty equipment in the bathroom, no real dividing walls in between rooms, visible cables under roof. Missing kitchen equipment like a knife and a cutting board. In november - temperature was so low that first night we where sleeping with all clothes on. It takes some time for the central A/C unit to heat All Up. Hardly meeting the description "Luxury".

Friendly staff, nice sea view, good breakfast. Nice natural plants in the room.

Lots of mold throughout the spa tub. There was also a line of mold behind the sink. We immediately smelled the mold as we entered the room and had to keep the bathroom door closed to avoid smelling it while sleeping. One pillow had an earthy moldy / mildew smell. A bit of bleach on the bedding and in the bathroom would solve the problem. As well, there was not enough hot water available to fill the spa tub therefore when we filled it, the water was lukewarm to cold which defeated the purpose of paying a premium for the room. Nice room but would not recommend until the cleaning is addressed.

Claudia und Linda sind ein Traumteam. Kümmern sich wirklich um alles. Selbst beim Frühstück nehmen sie die kleinen Kinder den Eltern ab damit diese in Ruhe frühstücken können.

Wer hier herkommt der braucht in diesem Feld nichts reinschreiben.
