Quaint Studio Loft Room nr Hampton Court

Very quaint and quirky and in a perfect location for visiting local friends.

The bathroom was a bit too small but still workable.

We had a lovely stay, accomodation had everything we needed and Penny was lovely host.

Very good location, spacious and comfortable room and very nice and helpful owner whi made sure it was xosy and warm for our arrival.

Ensuite far too small for easy use and unheated so water on floor from wetroom type shower and tiny basin didn't dry out

Fabulous little studio . All the comforts and great attention to detail. Good communication and lovely as a taller person to actually have bath towels in a rental that were a decent size. Nice to have breakfast choices left for us .

Great location for us as near Family.

Great communication from Penny, our host. Excellent breakfast, a lovely room for a couple to stay. We were at Sandown Park for the National Honey Show and this is a brilliant location. Super useful being able to park at the front of the property as that could really be an issue otherwise. The steps to the property are quite steep, but just take them carefully and they are perfectly safe. Once you are up there, everything is one level.

Bathroom is tiny. Would have liked an oven rather than a combi microwave but understand there are size restrictions to the kitchen area.

Wonderfully comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Faultless.
