Suite 5 En-suite Room with Independent Entrance

Renata was very kind and helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable, perfect for what we needed. Free tea and coffee were offered with silverware, plates, etc.

Only thing that was a little tough was finding the place, even google maps wasnt routing correctly.

Brilliant location, with a bus stop into the city centre mere steps from the door. Really liked the fold away chairs and table, enabled me to have more space when I wasn't using them.

Mattress super firm - I like a firm mattress, but this was borderline too hard, even for me.

Spotlessly clean. Everything required for our stay was available. Shower was of a decent size and worked very well. Bus stop just across the road.

It would have been preferable to have a bedside table on both sides of the double bed rather than just one side. Also we were apprehensive to leave the window open at night for safety reasons hence we felt their was no air in the room. Perhaps a note could be left explaining that it is perfectly safe to leave the window open if this is the case.

The bus stop was right outside which made travelling in and out of Edinburgh very easy. During the festival, prices get very high and this was reasonably priced at a reasonable distance.

There is an ironing board and straighteners provided. If I had to pick something that I didn't like, there is a little table folded away with chairs. To be honest, these provide a place to eat in a very elegant use of space.
