여행하면 리조트나 호텔투어도 같이 하는 편인데 이번 나트랑여행 12박을 하면서 2박씩 6개의 5성급 숙소를 옮겨 다녔는데 그중에서 최고였다. 리셉션응대 객실내부 및 외부경관 조식 모두가 최고였다. 객실 내부에 약간은 소음이 있어 이야기 했더니 업그레이드된 빌라로 교체해 주었고 추가비용 없이 약간 늦은 체크아웃도 가능했다. 한국어가 유창한 MAL LAN님이 여러부분에서 도움을 주셨고 챙겨주셨는데 너무 감사드립니다.

깜란지역이 다 그렇듯 시내와 거리가 있는것 빼고는 특별히 없었다

직원들이 상냥해요~가족들이랑 또 올게요🤍👍🏻 늦은시간 체크인도 교통도 편리해서 더 좋았어요!

The courteous staff and having the chance to meet the hotel's GM on the floor greeting guests and have a conversation. All the staff were very good and spoke good english. I had booked the wrong room type and the reception was able to upgrade us at a cost with an available room. The stay turned out well.

All the rooms had fruits placed, our room didnt have anything except plates and cutlery. The reception said there'd be a turndown service with chocolates at 6PM - also nothing. I found this strange and inconsistent Also the bedroom a/c wasnt cold but the bathroom a/c was very good.
