more laying down chairs by the pool would be good & also more water activities possibly such as kayaking ( if weather allows of course)

If you looking for somewhere quiet to relax, then Ana Mandara is your happy place. Right on the beach, plenty of pool loungers available both by the beach and pool. Water quality in the pool is very good. Everything everywhere spotless. We have a deluxe beach view room B402 and it was nice and big with a separate lounge which was very comfortable. The fruit bowl was a bonus as was the plate knife and fork to eat it with. Bed and pillows very comfortable and large shower. We tried all the restaurants and faultless, especially the choice at breakfast and the added cheese room an unexpected and much used surprise. Staff very friendly, and exceptional service. (a big high five to Cindy for friendliness). I give this hotel 10/10, could not fault

The staff is very friendly and room cleanliness is an A+. We booked a family suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and so is the pool area and the hotel location to the beach. Kids’ club has nice staff and activities.

The hotel is about 30-45 min from any convenience store. While there are free shuttle busses, they only depart at 09:00 and 11:00. Hotel should provide free transfer in afternoon as well in my opinion. Hotel food is too pricy - close to European prices. Seeing you are so far from Nha Trang town, you feel forced to pay premium price for average food. Kids’ club could be closer to pool for parents to be able to relax while near children. Also, the activities are very staff driven - leaving a lot of waiting time for kids as adult needs to finish each child before going to the next one. Yoga instructor was downright awful. I have done yoga consistently and for some time various places. This was by far the worst yoga experience (not really yoga). Instructor’s guidance and voice was not at all meditative or powerful. It was irritating. Instructor started taking pictures at the end of class, which I found inappropriate and asked to be deleted as I didn’t consent to pictures being taken of me. Complimentary fruit was only on day 1. Rest of days we sometimes got some chocolate with filling. Hotels at lower prices offer more complimentary foods. The hotel is packed with Koreans taking pictures of themselves constantly with every move (cofee break - picture; billard - picture; beach walk - picture; ordering a juice - picture) and being very isolated. Makes you feel like you are in a Black Mirror episode where phones have taken over. While this is not something the hotel controls, maybe they want to reconsider their collabs with influencers as this is creating a funky and inauthentic atmosphere.
