GBThis flat is a hidden gem! Situated 5 minute walk from arnos grove station (picadilly line) and 5 min walk from the shops and high st. Further more thisbfalt has luxurious rooms with king size beds and a lot of space in contrast also has a single room for budget friendly options, and a double beds room for tin travelers. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything one needs including a washing machine and dryer!. Would xefi Italy highly recommend. The person in charge always answers quickly tp stove any problems. Also has a garden and a dining area. What a GEM!! Loved every night here would come back ins heart beat.

GBIt was a great location ,the underground 0.5 miles bus service stations just outside , shops etc. Quiet and tidy house.

Sadly travelled to London for work, particularly booking a place to stay with internet/Wi-Fi to allow me to work online in preparation for my meetings.. but no internet… despite numerous attempts of contact.. no replies from Property owners or Booking.com… ended up costing me £5,000 in work penalties.
GBProperty was in a good location and excellent facilities but had issues with the host who was not supportive and abrupt management.

GBTidy room and extremely comfortable bed, good for the price in terms of the room itself.
We had no issues with the facilities as everything was clean and tidy. However we experienced significantly disturbed sleep as there was screaming and banging on the doors from the outside throughout the whole night. Whether this was another guest or a member of staff it lasted for a good portion of the night, and me and the friend I was staying with felt quite unsafe throughout the night.
