"NU REZERVATI, ORIBIL"

Cea mai oribila experienta. NU REZERVATI ASA CEVA!!!

Dupa ce am platit, propietara nu a trimis detalii despre cum ajung la aparament. I am dat mesaj si i am spus ca ajung in jur de ora 11 seara, aceasta a spus ca nu are cine sa ne cazeze la acea ora(chiar daca era self checkin) apoi nu a mai raspuns la mesaje. In jur de 3 ore am insistat cu mesaje si telefoane de pe numere diferite dar nu a raspuns nimeni.(cazarea fiind platita) Ajunsi la adresa, am constatat ca era un bloc de nefamilisti, extrem de jegos. Am fost nevoiti sa platim alta camera in alt loc ca sa putem dormi. Va recomand din toata inima sa nu rezervati nici macar pentru o seara, odata platit, nu mai raspunde nimeni. Lipsa de respect si de implicare, aceasta cazare nu ar trebui sa existe pe booking iar propietarii ar trebui sa traiasca in padure departe de orice fiinta umana.
