Very friendly NEW MANAGEMENT, Dawn was extremely helpful from arrival to leaving. Ignore any old reviews, the rooms were comfortable, clean and warm. Food very tasty, cosy pub atmosphere.

Very clean. Nice decor. Pleasant and polite staff.

In the morning, couldn’t eat any ht water into the en-suite sink. It was all cold, in terms of what was coming out of the taps.

Small scar park across the road. Very friendly staff. Basic facilities.

Friendly, small town, non-tourist

We needed a bed for a couple of nights and this fitted the bill. The place had only just reopened after a long closure and there was no food available but that didn't bother us and the kitchens were ready to open this week. Located between two interesting towns on a main road but room quiet. Staff and locals very welcoming. We would return.

The rooms need refurbishment especially the shower room. But they are OK to use and clean and warm.

Everything was great, the owners couldn't be more helpful
