The location was very good, it’s on the beach and there’s a walking area in the beach side + playground for kids + some coffee shops and restaurants.

At first when we checked in the mattress was not comfortable and was no towels, but as we spoke to ms Sameerah she took a quick action and changed the mattress in the master room and brought the towels, but unfortunately in kids room was not changed, we managed somehow, it was a beeping sound from the kitchen it was disturbing a bit but we haven’t informed them, I think it’s for the fire alarm sensor and the battery has to be changed..

It was a very comfortable, luxurious, and beautiful stay in front of the sea. The apartments were spacious, bright, and had everything a family needs. Most importantly, the cleanliness was excellent, as the cleaning staff were very professional. Also, the hotel team was very helpful, including Samira and Abdullah, who responded to most of our needs. We made beautiful memories in this otel.

The only thing to note is that there are no nearby supermarkets, only restaurants along the beach. However, Migros offers a grocery delivery service directly to the hotel, which helped a lot.

отсутствовало зубная щетка и было только маленькое полотенце для лица. Отсутствовало банное полотенце.
