Ketiga² bilik lengkap dengan pendingin hawa dan air panas.

Tekanan air paip agak rendah, air paip jadi perlahan. Siarab TV agak terhad kerana TV perlu disambung kepqda dekoder Astro. TV juga tidak support aplikasi netflix. Peralatan memasak agak lama/bekas hangit berkerah dan tidak sesuai digunakan untuk memasak. Cawan/gelas disediakan juga agak lama, kotor dan sedikit bilangannya. Tong sampah besar di luar rumah juga tiada menyebabkan sukar utk buang sampah sebelum check out.
