Bungalow on the lake

Bungalow was clean and comfortable.

Backyard and pier didn't match photos. There was no access to water, since the entire shore was overgrown with reeds. The lake bloomed and smelled.

The bungalow was very clean and tidy. The price was great for the space we got. The host was also very friendly.

There was availability right when I needed it and the price was super reasonable for the accommodations. You get the whole 2 bedroom house with a large back yard that goes right to the lake with your own dock and another patio-like space right at the waters edge. A great place for some fabulous pictures with the lake in the background. The kitchen is huge and is stocked with most of your basic cooking essentials as far as cookware and dishes go. You do need to bring all of your own ingredients that are needed in order to prepare your meal but there is adequate space to keep it and there is a grocery store close by in case you forgot something or just want to do your shopping when you get there. The house is fairly easy to find and they make check in super easy. We got there right at the 9 o'clock hour so there was noone there to check us in, however there was a key in a lock box for us and were able to get right in when once we got there.

There wasn't a whole lot that I didn't like. If I had to think of something it would be that there was a lacking in comfy lounging areas as there is only one couch in the living room and the beds in the bedrooms. Not so terrible if it's just the two of you but having a big cozy chair and a love seat near the fireplace or a nice reading chair with something to kick your feet up on would be an excellent addition.
