Kitchen cooking equipment such as frying pans need to be replaced. Minimal toiletries (only 2 partial rooms of toilet paper for 14 days)

Clean, beautiful, well-appointed home with private parking in quiet Victorian quarter. Easy self check in - and likely to use again while visiting Canterbury. Highly recommended

Some instructions on how to use the heating system. Some instructions on how to use the washer/dryer as the dryer didn't seem to work.

Location is great. Garden is so pleasant. Nice neighborhood, felt safe. Decorations were light, bright, modern, very nicely updated. So nice to have off street parking.

As an American I was not familiar with how the door lock works. I think there is a correct series of turns and clicks to get it to open and similiarly to stay locked. I was totally guessing each time. Simliar with the washer/dryer combo. I tried every setting I could think of and couldn't get it to dry. Not a machine I'm familiar with. Also, that address, Google took me to wrong address twice. While there was a map in the welcome book, there were no tips on quickest walking path to popular destinations, and Google doesn't know. After our first walking trip into town we began to figure it out. Garbage is in an awkward spot, not sure it's accessible for removal with a car there.

Good location within walking distance for Canterbury Cathedral, also close to bus routes for Whitstable and Herne Bay.

Unfortunately on our arrival we were greeted with waste bins very full which are situated close to the back door entrance and with the heat this was not pleasant. Place just felt it needed a deep clean.

The house had everything you needed. It was comfortable and cosy. The location was very quiet and peaceful, was so lovely to hear the church bells! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The shower was good, we didn't use the bath tub, but it's a nice addition to a holiday home especially if you are staying longer. It was easy to check in and check out, very clear instructions. We didn't use it but the garden had a table and chairs, so you could sit in it. Car parking space at the back of the property for one car. The house allowed plenty of light through, which was nice. Plenty of crockery and kitchen ware available to use. The location was perfect to be able to walk into Canterbury centre (only a short walk) and to access everything around it.

Nothing to dislike really.
