The building is very central, very nicely designed, room was comfortable, yet a bit small, however this is an old building in the historic center so it makes sense. It is just around the corner from great restaurants, shopping and bars, yet quiet. There was around 10 minute walk to a public parking area around the lake. The room was clean, it had kettle, a small kitchenette, fridge, the bathroom was clean and the lady who welcomed us was kind and helpful.

It may help to offer in the room at least 1 water bottle for guests that may arrive too late to buy water from shops.
