La seule chose que nous n’avons pas aimé étaient les musiques de Noël qui était constamment en boucle et qu’on entendait jusqu’à notre chambre. Cela aurait été plaisant d’avoir plus de variété. Toujours les mêmes musiques en boucle c’était un peu agaçant mais rien de mal

Our room and facilities were fantastic - the location is convenient to cat ba town yet distant enough to feel like the quiet. The Onsen facilities were exceptional. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

There could be a few more instructions about Onsen as the staff were regularly turning off the spa when we were still there

Location was good …..on a quiet part of the island

Grossly overrated and overpriced. Staff had very poor communication skills with little or no english. Restaurant staff rarely took the initiative to approach the resident always the other way around and never followed up. Food very average for either breakfast lunch or dinner. Most annoying was the same monotonous piano music track played at every meal time. You became brain dead after 3 days.

Resort is nice, rooms are very comfortable with good & well maintained amenities . Views of ocean were spectacular. The staff is also very nice.

Really great view.

The beach is non existent when it's high tide. The breakfast could be better - even no coffee machine.
