Rooms are spacious neat and clean

Location & decent looking hotel

It was dusty, staffs was not so helpful esp the ones at the room floors requested extra bed it took so long to come, they use shoes and enter and walk around to fix the bed. The bed is just an additional mattress with lots of dust and the bedding was torn and the mattress was very hard. We didn’t really use it. There was very loud noise over the corridor around 10:30 pm and someone kept knocking our room doors few times it was such a nuisance that nite till I had to call the reception and complain about it. The tv was not functioning asked the staff to check they said coming coming after few mins I saw him at the next room with he’s phone and asked him back he’s like oh ok forgot. Probably by no choice this would be an option for most tourist. Need to improve the cleanliness and the unit is quite dusty.

All went good. There is nothing specific to indicate anything as bad.
