"Very poor"

It was centre of the city

Safety. We were couple staying the room. All of sudden someone knocked our door and asked us to open around 10:30 pm. When I asked why, they said they want to see who is inside. When I shouted back they left. There was no help or response from the front desk

Dinesh at the reception is very loud and unfriendly I missed my AirPod at the hotel and they never returned I even shared the AirPod last location pic on my cell but he did not return he kept saying it’s not at the hotel.

The hotel washroom was not clean also the lift is very scary
