FiloXenia by the Sea

We spent 4 nights in Josephs’ apartment and have quite lovely time. The location is perfect, just a few steps across the building is the beach with the sun beds, restaurants and a beach bar. Apartment is fully equipped with all necessities, cosy and tidy, so you really feel like home, we even menage to prepare some pizza in the oven. Also, if you’re like me, and like to watch movies in the night, there is Netflix on tv, so you can enjoy it like I did. All and all, we had perfect time, and if you want to go to the lake, it only few minutes by foot. Hope we will return

Goed gelegen, wel boven een restaurant dus wel redelijk druk, maar dat wisten we.

Misschien een beetje uitleg over de streek in een mapje en wat info over het afval en dergelijke. We wisten niet waar we dat moesten laten, maar na contact met de eigenaar is hij dat komen ophalen. Als we een vraag hadden, kregen we meteen antwoord.

We spent a part of our engagement honey moon here (yes, my fiancé made that term up), and everything was perfect for us. The host had great communication, the apartment was very clean and tastefully arranged. We enjoyed the calm see at the beach outside. Much love, Mimi and Sarita

Excellent location, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities you may need. The owners are very kind and helpful.

good location, the host was really friendly and always responded very quickly and was very helpful. the kitchen was fully equipped (panini maker, kettle, nespresso machine). there was ac in the bedroom as well as in the living room, the balcony was out to the patio but we didn't mind at all. there were lot's of towels and a washing machine and the clothes line was big as well. self check-in was easy and there were plenty of parking lots nearby in case you can't find a spot on the street. lots of possibilities for groceries and restaurants nearby. ps: we left our umbrella for the beach in the apartment for the next person:)

some nights the restaurant next to it/ underneath could get quite noisy so if you're a light sleeper (like I am) I'd recommend to take earplugs just in case :)
