The staff’s hospitality upon arrival was absolutely outstanding! From the warm, smiling welcome to the incredibly fast and efficient check-in, I immediately felt at home and valued. Such a seamless start set the perfect tone for my entire stay. The buffet was well-stocked, clean, and offered a great mix of local and continental options. Highly recommended!

Once I asked for sugar for making tea, staff rudely reacted "Recently in evening, I asked for sugar poutch staff has not responded properly. Please ensure every guest request is handled promptly, acknowledging their needs rather than deflecting them."
