Great location for the first vents we were involved with.

Lights in the living/dining area made it very bright. Perhaps dimmers or other lamps could be explored.

"It was nothing special and certainly wasn’t worth what we paid."

It was clean and the bed was comfortable

It was old, the bathroom vanity was scuffed, fan heater didn’t work in bathroom. The room was in the downstairs of a house and there was a lot of running around thumping from upstairs.
