Northstay - The Urban City Haven, Free Parking, Sleeps 6

Only thing saving this property from zero rating was the location.

Sofa bed wasn’t made up after asking the property multiple times that it would be ready & they confirmed it would, we arrive late at night to an unmade sofa bed. Smelly wet towels were left in cleaning/storage room. Washing machine didn’t work & ruined 3 x Helly Hansen fleece sweaters. It took multiple messages to get help which was as non existent. Would not recommend staying here! Very disappointed

The property was close to all the shops, it was clean and had amazing facilities, the heated bathroom flooring is amazing!

This property do not come with a dryer.

The property is in a great location. Close to the centre. A bit of a steep hill so caution needed in the snow! The property was very clean, the beds were comfy and the sofa bed and the shower was fabulous.

The kitchen needs a toaster and tea towels. We were a family of 5 and we had mentioned that when booking the property but it was only set up for 4. We found the spare duvet and pillow but they had no covers. It also meant we didn't have enough towels. More were requested on the day we arrived but they didn't come until the night before we left which was just too late. The dishwasher was also still full of the previous occupant's dirty plates and bowls. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work initially but after contacting the agents on booking.com they eventually explained properly where to look for turning on the water. I'm not sure why the cleaners hadn't dealt with it.

We were 3 persons grandpa, son and grandson and the layout was excellent for us. The parking place was also very important.

The apartment was dirty when we arrived. We had to wait two hours until the cleaning lady arrived to clean the bathroom and bedrooms. After we checked out the ownerd charged us a "Damage fee" (5000kr) for markings on the bathroom door that were there when we arrived. It's a scam.

The place is very clean and close to the supermarket and shopping center.

We expected that somebody will be there when we arrived there because I didn't received any instructions only after we called in the cold ,and opened my email again then there you are ,we entered immediately to make warm,and it was not funny at all ,We heard you laughing.

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. The Urban City Haven is a great host. We had a great stay!

Very modern and stylish apartment with all the facilities needed for a stay in Tromsø! Will book through this host again :)
