NEW 1BD Contemporary Flat Upper Dunblane

Location as advertised.

Heating instructions were minimal and apartment very cold. No local contact to assist. WiFi information supplied by HelloGuest inaccurate. WiFi kept collapsing. Wardrobe full of bedding. Steep staircase to downstairs bathroom. Towels and duvet substandard. Limited TV Channels. Don't expect a lie-in as bedroom directly above garage with noisy mechanised door.

Beautiful apartment very accessible for Dunblane town

Heating/hot water wasn’t easy to work and flat wasn’t very warm we did contact hosts who came straight away to fix which was fine but it took us a while to contact them as we had no direct number just an email through booking.com although we found a mobile number in the red book that was left with instructions on how to work heating etc but we came across the hosts mobile on the heating engineers certificate under property owners details so id suggest a contact list of numbers should be left (in red book) for guests to contact in the event of an emergency a lot of black mould round round shower base which in turn gives off a damp smell in the bathroom easily fixed

The place was on quiet area, toilet had enough room. Over all the flat was clean. Bed was confortable (in the other hand the sofa in the living room wasn't)

Someone's dog barking on annoying times. Some of the dishes were dirty after previous customer, recycling was nice, but there wasn't enough bins of what they demanded. Also the "damage deposit" of 300 £ - it is 357 euros and i got 342 euros back. I think that if someone (i haven't ever in my life had to pay such deposit and i have travelled A LOT) requests deposit THEY should pay all bank expenses. I have now lost 15 euros because of paranoia of the owner of this place. Internet was terrible. Only worked during the few hours in the morning.

Would have liked to have a bathroom upstairs.

Brilliant location! Peaceful, beautiful area with easy access to transport. Good equipment and good heating system in the flat.

Cleaning crew need to do a more professional job, little areas not cleaned properly, not affected our living, as the property was very good quality.
