Brand new house in downtown with parking

The inside has been renovated. Couches were roomy and comfortable. Nice towels, nice tv.

This house was advertised as brand new which is untrue. This is an old house located in a depressed neighborhood near a hospital. First impression pulling up to the house was that we must have been at the wrong place. Litter, tall weeds and overgrown shrubs surround the house. Parking is on a driveway that had one side of a chain link gate visible. The other half was buried in the weeds and bushes and was not useable. Once we got inside, we could see that a lot of renovation had been done. It was pleasantly and comfortably decorated, had new floors and a modernized bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately the faucet on the bathroom sink had not been attached to the counter top, an orange extension cord was plugged into a kitchen outlet and snaked into one of the bedrooms.. Not only was this unsightly, but the bedroom door could not be fully closed. That same bedroom had no furniture except for a bed. There were several other minor maintenance issues that we informed the owner about that can easily be corrected.

It was comfortable

This was an apartment, not downtown but is a bad neighborhood. Tub was dirty, smoke detector needed battery and chimed all day and night, there were no garbage bags and a huge RAT greeted us early this morning coming out of the kitchen. You all need to do a better job of evaluating the properties you lost. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.

I have zero complaints about my stay

It’s very clean , quite area , the property owner was very cooperative , bathroom was modren

The oven was not working No kitchen tools like can opener or tea pot

It was very clean nice quiet are and the host was nice and helpful
