I really liked the fact that these areas also have night shops and food stalls There is an Thai and Chinese andIndian restaurant in this area and it was good.. Some tourist sites are very close by.

I am extremely disappointed with the response from the property, As a guest, I am simply stating the facts based on my experience. However, the property has responded by calling me a "low-quality customer," which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review after staying in many hotels, which should be enough to indicate how poor the conditions were. If there had only been a few ants, we wouldn’t have minded. However, the issue was much more severe—there were ants everywhere, including on the bed, and we were even bitten. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a serious hygiene problem. I would like to clarify a few key points: 1)We did not bring the ants into the house. Upon checking in, we went straight to our rooms to rest and did not immediately notice the issue. Around noon, while I was getting up from bed, I was bitten by ants on the bed. However, as I was in a hurry to go out, I did not have time to inspect where the ants were coming from. We later went out and only returned at night. It was at this point, around midnight, that we realized the house was infested with ants—by then, they were already in the living room, bedroom, and even on the bed. 2)Delaying the report does not mean the issue didn’t exist before. The property claims we should have reported the problem upon check-in, but the reality is that we only noticed it later. Just because we reported it after several hours does not mean the ants only appeared at that moment. 3)Their response is dismissive and unfair. Instead of addressing the real issue, they are trying to shift the blame onto us. However, the presence of ants, especially in such large numbers, clearly indicates poor cleanliness or maintenance, which is the responsibility of the property, not the guests. 4)We are requesting fair compensation, not making false claims. The infestation severely affected our stay, and we are simply asking for reasonable compensation.
