I requested that I will check in 9am, and I reached there 9am, the owner have not responded my phone call and text message until 1pm, I had to wait in lobby 4 hrs, after long 14 hrs flight from USA, if they want they could change me extra day instead making me wait for 4 hrs, when I requested to check in earlier.
AUGreat communication from start to finish. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and very comfortable. I was feeling unwell on arrival and was lucky enough to get an early check-in as the room was ready. I didn't leave the apartment for my one night stay except for some easily accessible eateries & pharmacy downstairs, watched some Netflix and had a great night's sleep while Makarti partied. I didn't hear a thing from inside.
USIask for rubber Matt in the bathroom , It was provided soon I arrive inthe property I use cane for balance the place is clean . The nice view of the city . AC work I had to turn it down coz it could get very cold . THEY PROVIDE NETFLIX ITS A PLUS overall I'm satisfied with my stay

The apartment was not clean upon arrival, and there were insects and cockroaches inside the unit as well as in the building corridors, making the stay very uncomfortable. The unit is much smaller than what is shown in the listing photos. Bed sheets are old and not clean, and the blanket is worn out and not suitable for two people. Most of the power outlets are broken or not functioning; only two outlets are working properly, which caused inconvenience during daily use. Access to the swimming pool and the play area is not included in the stay, and there is an additional fee of 300 pesos per person per visit, even for children. This was not clearly stated in the listing. The apartment is not soundproof; you can hear car noise inside the room even though the unit is on the 27th floor. You can also hear noisy neighbors late at night. The location description is misleading. The listing states that the unit is on Ayala Street, but the actual building is on St. Antonio Street and is about 30 minutes walking distance from malls and entertainment areas. Overall, the apartment feels uncomfortable due to the noise, small space, cleanliness issues, and presence of insects — at times it feels like being in an “open prison” rather than a relaxing place to stay. NO HOUSECLEANING for all the staying time 29 night no one clean my apartment.
