ZAIt is totally unethical to advertise services that you do not provide. Only when you get to the apartment, there is a different set of rules. NO DAILY CLEANING AS ADVERTISED, THE HOST ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE WASHING MACHINE, YET THEY CAN'T FIX IT, THEY TELL YOU TO PAY R32 per kg TO HAVE LAUNDRY DONE IN THE BUILDING. A SAFE IS MANDITORY, ALL IT NEEDS TO WORK IS BATTERIES, YET AGAIN AN INCONVENIENCE. OVERALL A VERY DISPLEASING EXPERIENCE. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.
