The appartment is in a residential area, so there is not much traffic and hence no road noise. Parking is on premises. Everything was very clean. Ditections for Check-in were very clear.

It might be my fault, I thought 50m2 would be larger. The both rooms, bedroom and living room are very small in my view.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung/ Einliegerwohnung nördlich von Auckland. Ideal auch als Etappenstopp bei der Durchreise.

Parking provided. Located at the back of the property, private access and very comfortable. Clean & well presented unit. Attention to detail was well throughout, juice, bread, milk & cereal provided. Good quality body wash, shampoo & conditioner provided. Outside furniture to take in sun. Easy instructions. Happy with the amount of towels & aircon in bedroom. Honestly everything I needed for the night :)

Not a big deal, but if you’re not good at reserving you might find getting out of the parking spot a little tricky. But otherwise would fit any size vehicle/ute :)

Comfortable, clean, spacious & well equipped unit. Breakfast ingredients provided. Newly developed housing area & not far from shops. Didn't meet our hosts but they were friendly in communications & provided clear instructions togetherwith photos.
