Location was good for the price halfway down poppies 1 Pool was good Place was quiet and pretty empty

Staff weren't at reception for half hour after my arrival. Unnecessary repeating when checkout was every time I walked past reception, makes you feel kind of unwelcome

Location was good, close to Kuta Beach.

- Upon our (late) arrival, the Night Desk Clerk was not very helpful, even rude, as if we were interrupting his sleep or something. - Room is old and dated, repair work visible on walls, the plumbing in the bathroom was suspect (maintenance man came into our room several times while we were there) - Pool closing at 6pm was annoying, would've liked an evening swim after the day's festivities and dinner, etc. were done.

Toilet stopped working after one flush, but it was fixed straight away

The only seemingly good thing about the property was the pool, but even the main pool's filtration system was turned off. The staff member working during the day — a man whose name I can’t remember — was friendly and had a warm attitude.

The facility was far below expectations, with staff showing an indifferent and careless attitude. The bathroom and toilet were in extremely poor and unhygienic condition. I will share photos that reflect the actual state of the place. There were no toiletries provided — not even basic hand soap. I seriously doubted whether proper cleaning was ever done; my bedsheet had red stains on it. The bathroom was unusable, and the toilet was in a terrible state. The night staff was unapproachable and unfriendly. Although the nightly rate was $15, the place didn’t even meet basic hostel standards. The refrigerator was completely yellowed and filthy inside. Calling this place a “hotel” is honestly hard to believe.

It was a good decent property and walkable distance from Kuta Centre.

Location is very inside Kuta and for the first timers it will be confusing negotiating the lanes of Kuta.
