I started my holiday with my family this time in Milan and one thing I can say about this place is: Very Clean :) If you’re not someone who likes to be clean, you will avoid this place. Besides being clean, this apartment is very spacious and perfect for families, with affordable prices and super complete household equipment. You don’t need to be worry even though it looks far from the city center on the map, because this location is very close to the Sesto Rondo Metro station (M1) and is considered part of Milan’s main zone. For me and my family, there’s no reason not to give this property a perfect score. Thank you to PrimoPiano Marelli, wishing you continued success.

Very easy check-in process, qiuck access to the metro, supermarket, and bakery. The apartment is well equipped with interesting vintage design.
One of the double beds was too short for me. I'm 1.9 😀

This is the second occasion i have stayed at this apartment as it is across the road from family that I was visiting. The flat is on a main road and at certain times can be noisy, however it is a metro route that takes you into Milan in about 15 minutes. The view from the apartment is amazing, especially when the sun is setting. It would be nice if when guests arrive late at night that maybe some bottled water was in the fridge for them.

The apartment was big and very comfortable to stay with family. So close to the metro going to the center. Overall we are very satisfied.
The heater in the shower took a long time to warm. The hair blower didn't work and i saw drinking glasses in the kitchen that were broken they just put it behind all the good glasses there were 3 drinking glasses that were broken, they should throw them out and not leave it there for the safety of the next guest.
