Property photos are accurate

We stayed for a weekend and it was horrible. The electricity did not work and the property owner sent an electrician to repair it. Unfortunately it took a few tries and hours until the electricity worked properly, we arrived at 3pm and had no consistent electricity until 8 pm. Some cleaning was needed and that was prompt but still it interrupted our stay. The hot water did not work either unfortunately in that case the repair person did not arrive until the next day at 6 pm when we were told it would arrive that morning. While the villa has a hot tub it has not enough hot water in the reservoir to fill the hot tub. Bathroom shower that we used did not drain properly so had to deal with wet bathroom floor. Definitely not a luxury experience. Property owner was not too concerned about the hot water problem as if calling them on a weekend was a bother and didn’t follow up with us to see if things were ok, we had to keep calling them. Kept saying it was a weekend but electricity and hot water are bare minimum’s for any property. The location is behind the town’s casino and walk ways are not in good shape and the villa has only alleyway views.

Television didn’t work and no one could help us as it was the weekend. 2 bedrooms are in the basement and often during the night there is a loud noise (sounds like a pump) in the room next to the elevator. Washing machine in basement bathroom so not much space.

Not bad, can be better

Leaving in VILLA AGORA was ideal !!! We definitely recommend it as we were surprised of the amenities and facilities of it . Jazuzzi spa ,Sauna ,Swimming Pool ,Parking ,Elevator We are a family of 7 people + 2 children and all of us agreed to come again next year . We were shocked to see that on Spa room the ceiling was made be Aluminium Pergola which you can close it and open by remote control .We sunbathed as if we were at the beach !!! Amazing .
