The Old Mill Cottage

Lovely location, parking on site, very clean, nice and warm, everything you could need was there! Great host supplied clear directions and useful information.

The location of the property was lovely, very beautiful part of the town. It was very cosy and had everything we needed.

Sadly there was building work across the road which started at 8am every morning. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, I kept waking up with pins and needles because it was so hard. Luckily I brought my own pillows as I had read some other reviews on here, but my partner ended up using one of the spare blankets as a pillow as he said he felt like he was choking using the pillows supplied, they were far too big for anyone to sleep on. We also felt that the house was very damp, there was condensation covering the windows every morning and it was only October. A couple of dehumidifiers might have helped a little bit.

Quiet location, near to the wedding venue we were attending. Rooms in the small size, but comfortable and well decorated. The upside down design makes the most of the big windows and natural light. Parking on site.

Everything was as we would have expected.

Great layout , great position , clean warm good facilities.

Cottage was clean, beds amazing and centrally located. We hope to go back.

Small bedrooms; lack of power points on the ground floor.

Bathroom tired and need to sort out shower to stop water all over floor after showering - larger bath towels would be nice
