The beds were super comfy and very spacious

Would have been nice to have tea towels to dry things and curtains to make it look better. Also mail from other people was coming to the house, which was strange.

We booked on the same day, paid in full at the time of booking but the team still requested a £200 damage waiver deposit.

"Terrible"

It was a terrible experience, property was dirty, garbage everywhere , broken tap, door didn’t close: Wore thing is they asked for £200 deposit after we made booking and threatened us that they will cancel the booking if we don’t pay that. We were staying there just a night and they asked this deposit an hour before our arrival. We made that payment as it was very last minute to find another booking. Once we asked our deposit back, initially they said that they will refund after 7 days and after 7 days they said that they didn’t receive any money, now there is another hassle for me to contact my bank and claim my money .

"Adequate for the price"

The space, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was adequate

The furniture and beds although comfortable were inadequate. The cleanliness of the whole house was substandard needs a really good clean and areas maintained to a higher level. The garden also needs to be done.

Bins were overflowing out front which looked dirty - takeaway boxes and no room to add rubbish.
