Clean modern apartment building, laundry room. 24/7 security was very nice!

No air conditioning or any mechanical heat or ventilation, there is an open air vent that cannot be closed which let in a lot of noise.

Location was perfect. Walking distance of Miraflores and the beaches, but just far away where the neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment was huge. We had a kitchen, a balcony, 2 restrooms, and even 2 bedrooms. It felt like home. Everything was modern and functional. Would stay here again.

Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing. We recommend it to anyone visiting Lima, great location to walk in Miraflores. For the historic downtown is just a short car ride (20min).

AMAZING: beautiful apartment, safe neighborhood, kitchen amenities (coffee maker, wine glasses, blender, oven, microwave, wine opener, etc.), clean, strong internet (in living room), security at the front. There was a washing machine too, but we didn't use it. Lots of food options within walking distance. Only 600 meters away from the airport bus stop at Hotel Boulevard.

It would be nice to have a frying pan (there were pots) and dish towels to dry the dishes. The internet was not strong in the office room but it was strong in the living room.
