"Great apartment, highly recommended!"

We had a great time at the apartment! It's clean, well maintained with large shared space and large rooms. It's about 8min drive to winter park sky resort and 4 to the shopping area. The host was very friendly and helped promptly when we contacted them, highly recommended! The garage is very convenient on windy and snowy days!

The apartment is on the top floor with great view however could be challenging for people with disabilities.

The furniture in the living room is beat up and uncomfortable. Looks like the microwave has been out for some time and all there is, is a note “ sorry for the inconvenience “ they ask you to take your trash out when you leave. Never have I been asked to take the trash out. For the cost per night… 3 flights of stairs I may have missed this when booking but should be more transparent in the add for this unit.

Microwave wasn’t working but they were planning to fix that. Not a big deal on that end of things.
